CANNOT DRINK WINE, EAT IT.

From my view point everybody above 25 years of age should have moderate amount of Red Wine. Moderate amount is one drink a day for women and two drinks a day for men. I have seen and studied; moderate drinkers have a lower heart risk and lower coronary heart disease than heavy or non drinkers. A glass of Red Wine increases health benefits and Cancer Protection as it is rich in Antioxidants.

I am not fond of drinking wine be it Red or White Wine but I like when I cook it. You will never taste the Wine once it is cooked. Believe me; one can cook anything from Red Wine. The key point is it has to be a good Red Wine to cook. Always go for a sweeter version of Red Wine for cooking so that the taste infused in the food should not destroy the basic taste of the other ingredients.

Hereunder is one recipe with Red Wine which can be cooked by any one as it involves only two steps and two kitchen appliances which yields endless taste and health benefits. Food and Drink all in one, what else a Bachelor, a busy and a Reluctant food lover could ask for.
